Travelsmart Vacation Sdn. Bhd. is a registered travel agency with Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) with license number (KKKP8029) and a member of Malaysian Association of Tour & Travel Agents (MATTA) with member number (MA4986) based in Penang, Malaysia.

This business was initially established by a group of travel enthusiasts who started global trotting since the age of twenty.
We started off in travel planning in year 2003, since the university days where we independently travelled to a few countries for student exchange programs in foreign universities. With the passion and experiences we had, this had motivated us to do freelance travel planning and heavily involved in tourism and hospitality industry since the year of 2009.

Now we are proud to move one step further by establishing Travelsmart Vacation Sdn. Bhd. as a registered travel agency to boost our Malaysian tourism industry by bringing more thousands of travelers from all over the world to Malaysia for their vacation.

Our Motto is “TRAVEL MADE EASY”.

Travelsmart carries the meaning of “travel SMART”. The company will consult its clients in a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely) way, through online booking friendly systems, and always ready to customize base on clients’ needs.The team works directly with the hotels and reliable local tour operators from all over the world.

 

We are committed to listen to our clients, and do our best to fulfill their holiday requirements. We believe that through responsive communication, our clients will gain better understanding and insight of each travel destination they are going before departure. From budget to luxury, adventure to honeymoon, our aim is to provide the best travel experiences to our clients as we are genuinely interested in every client’s holiday satisfaction and enjoyment. We do not attract customers with “lowest prices” and end up with hidden fees.
